2. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments can be booked online via our booking system.

• Prepayment may be required to secure an appointment.

• Walk-in clients may pay via contactless payment.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may be updated without notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full payment.

• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation. Full payment may still apply.

5. Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy prior to treatment. Luxare Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed.

6. Treatment Results

Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
